Membership Information
Membership in UNO's Chapter of Pi Delta Kappa is open to educators who have a master's degree and who have completed three years of professional work in an educational setting. Potential members must be endorsed by two current members in good standing. The first year's membership is $98.00 (This includes chapter dues and $75 PDK International dues.). Educators interested in joining PDK are encouraged to contact any of our Chapter officers.

Membership Benefits

Members belong to both Phi Delta Kappa International and UNO's Chapter of PDK. Benefits include:

- The highly acclaimed "Kappan" journal,
- "New, Notes, and Quotes" newsletter,
- A variety of training and professional development opportunities,
- Our Chapter's newsletter, "The Courier,"
- Chapter dinner meetings that provide opportunities to interact socially with educators from the Metro   area and that provide stimulating speakers.
- Opportunities to support and improve publicly supported education.
